Worst customer service ever!

I would like to review these but they haven’t arrived. I called your customer support system and talked to a robot sounding person called Red. He said he would get back to me in a day or so but didn’t. I then got an email over a week later to tell me he still hasn’t done anything. If these ever do arrive surely they will better than your after sales service team. Not happy at all,
