These are great for exercise! I notice how nicely the sole is constructed. They’re very soft. I grab these almost every time I walk. I was surprised at the level of energy I had during and after workout. I didn’t have to worry about anything feeling out of alignment with my natural movement. I would like a pair in black with gold stripes like my boxing boots.

I bought these shoes for a 5K run and they were very comfortable. I would highly recommend them. They had ample support and I felt like I had a spring in my step. Good job Adidas.
