I always wear size 9. Had numerous other adidas cleats. This one came in size bigger. No problem I just wanted to replace with 8 and call it a day. No problem with copa mundials but the customer service was terrible. All I wanted was size 8 in any color but they were just too easy about telling me we can only replace it with same color and size 8 is not available just return it if it doesn’t work! Way to lose a customer.
