Love the look and feel of these trainers. Didn’t need breaking in and have had compliments of a few people

I ordered a pair of shoes from them in my correct size, but unfortunately they turned out to be slightly too big. Because of this, they slip off while walking, which makes them uncomfortable to use. I contacted their customer service and requested an exchange for half a size smaller. Initially, they said an exchange would be possible, but later I was told that the smaller size is out of stock. What’s disappointing is that they also refused to offer an exchange in a different colour. This kind of inconsistency is not acceptable. First saying an exchange is possible and then refusing it later gives a very poor customer experience. I hope they improve their stock management and customer service in the future.
