For the price these are amazing workout shoes!
I can’t say enough how much of a steal these were. Got them on sale for like 35 dollars and I’ve been using them at the gym for the treadmill and they keep me feeling comfy while working out the entire time. Highly recommend these especially if you can find them on sale like I did! Totally worth it!

The trainer for me don’t feel comfortable.
The sides against my ankles didn’t feel comfortable thus returning them. It may be fine for others but not for me.
