Great pair of boots, really comfortable and mould to your feet in only a few wears

My son loved the feel of the boot but within a month they were falling apart. It all seemed well, adidas agreed they should be replaced. They were sent in at the end of November. Dec 20th they offered $150 and use within 10 days. Not the original cost. I asked them to give me the full cost. They said they would. I waited a month and nothing. I sent another email and was told to “relax” in the email. A week later no reply. Customer service was truly abysmal. I spent over $200, have no boots because they were returned and nothing from adidas.
