The shorts look great and are very comfortable. I will order a smaller size soon.

I purchased three pairs of Adidas 365 golf shorts at the same time in the exact same size. Two pairs fit perfectly and were true to size, but the black pair was noticeably larger through the waist and seat despite being labeled the same size. The shorts themselves are comfortable and great for golf, which makes the sizing inconsistency frustrating. I had ordered them several weeks before a golf trip, so by the time I realized the black pair fit differently, there wasn’t enough time to go through the return process and get a replacement. What was most disappointing was the customer service experience. Rather than simply expediting a replacement pair with a prepaid return label for what appears to be a defective sizing issue, the response was essentially to return them yourself, wait for processing, and then request an exchange or reorder. It felt more like “tough luck” than a genuine effort to resolve the problem. Great shorts when they fit correctly, but the inconsistent sizing and lackluster customer service left me disappointed.
