It came without bra and tights, no support at all from the customer service team - they just don’t know how to handle any issue (they kept sending me proof from cctv camera claiming my item was shipped, while I just pointed that the item was incomplete!)

They only provided the black dress, but the bra and tights were missing. I emailed them multiple times with all the details, but they haven't provided any dates for a resolution. I also called them, yet after more than seven days, the issue remains unresolved. I am returning this item. It's incredibly disappointing to experience this with such a big brand. I noticed that two other reviews before mine reported the same problem. Just think, they haven't resolved this issue for more than two years, and now they are asking me to wait for a few more days.
