  • Our warehouse is closed on public holidays in Melbourne, Australia. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, delivery time will be extended by 1 - 2 working days. During sale periods, orders may take an extra 5-7 business days to process.
  • Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve our right to cancel your order and/or make such order subject to additional terms and conditions (including without limitation to requiring such orders to be conditional upon a minimum value of products being ordered in a single transaction). Our Customer Service team will notify you of cancellation and/or such conditions as soon as reasonably practicable after you place your order. Please note, that, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following areas: Norfolk Island (2899), Christmas Island (6798), Cocos (Keeling) Island & Cocos (Keeling) West (6799).

 

How much are delivery costs?

adidas charges flat shipping rates per ship-to address. The flat rates correspond to delivery method. Rates (incl. GST) are as follows:

4. Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed however please note we are experiencing a delay with fulfilling and delivering orders currently.

How long after I receive my shipment confirmation email will I be able to track my order?

Your online tracking information will be available to you as soon as our delivery partner updates their system. Please allow 1-2 days for this to occur as sometimes there can be a small delay with this. 

Refer to your shipping confirmation email for your order tracking number and for access to our online order tracking tool. This will provide you with delivery status updates. 

 

 

 

 

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process you can choose different addresses.

Please note that this option is only valid for addresses within the same country.

 

 

 

How do I track my order and delivery status?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online. You will then be able to track your order via the online tracker. As this relies on our delivery partner to update, please allow 1-2 days for this information to be updated.

Why has my order been Returned to Sender? 
There are two reasons why our courier partner has not been able to deliver your order:
 

•    Incorrect shipping address; or
•    Item has not been collected within required time frame from Australia Post.

My order has been Returned to Sender. What happens next? 

Due to the newly implemented restrictions at our distribution centre in Victoria, we're currently unable to re-ship 'returned' orders. As a result, we will process a refund as soon as your order arrives at our warehouse. You can expect a refund within 5-10 business days, as per your original payment method.

Can you ship outside of Australia?

The Australia adidas Online Shop can only deliver in Australia.
