MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED, BUT I AM NOT GETTING UPDATES?

Once your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your order online.  


There is currently a 1-2 day delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, as this is done by the carrier and this service is currently unavailable.

WILL THE RETURN PERIOD BE EXTENDED?

Yes. We have extended our Return policy to 30 days from the day you received your order. View here.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE REFUND FOR MY CANCELLED/RETURNED ORDER?

For orders that requested to return for refund, refund can only be processed when we received your returned item and have been inspected by our quality assurance team. Once confirmed that the item(s) is eligible for a return we will facilitate the refund.
