Our delivery partner is currently experiencing challenges with their distribution services. As a result, we are experiencing long delays with the fulfillment and shipping of our online orders.

MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED, BUT I AM NOT GETTING UPDATES?

Due to the challenges with our delivery partner, you may have received an order confirmation email but have not received any further communication from us. 


Once your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your order online.  


There is currently a long delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, as this is done by the carrier and this service is currently unavailable. 


We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through this.

WILL RETURN PERIOD BE EXTENDED?

We have extended our Return policy to 30 days, from the day you received your order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE REFUND FOR MY CANCELLED/RETURNED ORDER?

For orders that requested to return for refund, refund can only be processed when we received your returned item and have been inspected by our quality assurance team. Once confirmed that the item(s) is eligible for a return we will facilitate the refund. 

 

Please note: Due to the current delays we are experiencing in our distribution center and with our delivery partner, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
